On Friday 2nd June the WLN Litigation Focus Group met to discuss our group projects; including comparative guides on summoning and on how to file a claim of liability of a director of a limited liability comapny.
We were also very pleased to welcome a new member to the group today; Swain Wood, Partner at Morningstar Law Group in North Carolina. Swain joined group Chair Gloria Vinyals, Evelien Pijfers, and Aneliya Batleva.
