Services are provided to both tenants and landlords as well as buyers and sellers.<\/p>\n<p>We advise and litigate on rental review proceedings for retail space, non-conformity issues (hidden flaws), eviction proceedings, liability issues and fee-related issues. Our special emphasis is placed on \u201curban practice\u201d. Many rental law cases are conducted for large residential property managers and we are involved in many residential development projects in Amsterdam. Where necessary, we work closely with external experts on construction-related issues, amongst others.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we facilitate large end-users with many locations, including various hotel
