The Bureau Plattner team was led by partners Massimo Petrucci and Carlo Gurioli.<\/p>\n<p>DLA Piper&#8217;s multidisciplinary team was led by partner Danilo Surdi who, assisted by attorney Sira Franzini and Silvana Bonazzi, handled all aspects related to the structuring and negotiation of the transaction.
