The Belgian firm Moore dealt with the financial aspects of the operation. For the legal aspects of the transaction Unifiedpost Group was assisted by the firm Gianni &amp; Origoni, with a team led by M&amp;A partner Kathleen Lemmens assisted by professionals Fiorenza Fortunato and Graziano Cucchi (M&amp;A), Eleonora Bonina (for IP profiles) and Valentina Vanotti (for employment law profiles), as well as the Belgian firm Quorum Law for the Belgian law aspects.<\/p>\n<p>Dighitera was assisted by Squire Patton Boggs, with partner Ian Tully and professionals Gianludovico Maggi and Chiara Iacopelli.
