Jaap was a lawyer at Simmons &amp; Simmons, where he worked for the past five years in the field of insolvency, financing and collateral. At Labr&eacute;, Jaap will advise companies and directors in the field of restructuring, directors&#8217; liability and (impending) insolvency.
