He specializes in economic law, with particular emphasis on company law.<\/p>\n<p>He provides comprehensive support for mergers and acquisitions, as well as advises on restructuring and consolidation within groups of companies, including foreign entities. He also specializes in civil, substantive and procedural law. His experience includes, in particular, representing clients in commercial disputes and advising on matters related to domestic and international trade.<\/p>\n<p>Konrad Goszyc is a graduate of law studies at the Jagiellonian University (2012).
