DIE Italy SICAF S.p.A., for the German open-ended real estate fund Deka-Immobilien Europa and managed by Davy Global Fund Management, purchased the building in Via Broletto 16, Milano from IREEF – Italy SICAF S.p.A., managed by Invesco Real Estate Management S.à.r.l.<\/span><\/p>\n

bureau Plattner, with a team consisting of Partner Hannes Hilpold<\/strong> and Associates Giorgio Frigerio<\/strong> and Antonio Morini,<\/strong> advised Deka Immobilien on all tax aspects of the transaction. For the legal aspects Deka Immobilien was assisted by Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria with a team led by partner Marzio Longo.<\/p>\n
