Upon completion of the transaction, Intercable Automotive will operate as an independent business unit within Aptiv&#8217;s Signal &amp; Power Solutions segment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: Prague, and Shanghai, coordinated by partner Claudio Cerabolini and counsel Francesca Casini with partners Volkmar Bruckner and Mark Aschenbrenner and also composed of counsel Samuel Frommelt and
