Thank you to our panelists:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f18101\">Diane Frank<\/span><\/strong> (Schmid Frank, Augsburg). Diane expertly moderated the discussion as well as presenting the (alarming) timeline of ransomware attacks &#8211; what you see,\u00a0<strong><em>and what you don&#8217;t see<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f18101\">Renata W. Lewicka<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0(Gorazda, \u015awistu\u0144, W\u0105troba i Partnerzy adwokaci i radcowie prawni,\u00a0 Krak\u00f3w). Renata\u00a0presented an overview of cybersecurity threats, including phishing, ransomware, and data breaches.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f18101\">Jakob Tasser<\/span><\/strong> (bureau Plattner, Bolzano). Jakob outlined the legal obligations under Cybersecurity Laws, including an overview of the NIS2 Directive and\u00a0other EU Acts (including GDPR and the AI Act); as well as\u00a0discussing the impact of cyber attacks on law firms.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f18101\">Jackie Wu<\/span><\/strong> (Long An Law Firm, Shanghai). Jackie shared key principles of Cybersecurity Law and Personal Data Protection Law of PRC, followed by new rules on Cross-Border Data Transfer.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f18101\">Chris Erb<\/span><\/strong> (White and Williams, Philadelphia).
