On Tuesday 15th October, the WLN Corporate M&A Focus Group met for a virtual meeting. Chair of the group, Sjef Bartels<\/a>, was joined by Jordi de Pijper<\/a>, Estela Rodriguez<\/a>, Jessica Wehmeier<\/a>, Harold Ferreira<\/a>, Oshrat Yosef Itzhak<\/a>,\u00a0Andr\u00e1s Reinhardt<\/a>, and Dang Hoan My<\/span>.<\/p>\n The group reflected on its past projects, including practical guides on Foreign Direct Investments<\/span><\/em> and How to Incorporate A Limited Liability Company<\/em><\/span>.
