WLN is delighted to welcome a new member firm to our network: Voloaga Law Firm, Bucharest.<\/span> As a network, it is excellent to have a member firm again in Romania and an important step in our growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Voloaga Law Firm was founded in 2014 by Radu Voloag\u0103<\/strong> and specialises in commercial practice. Starting as a litigation first boutique law firm, the firm has evolved and is currently acting as an outside legal advisor for selected clients, while maintaining its core dispute resolution practice.<\/p>\n

The firm\u2019s main practice areas include:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Dispute resolution and litigation
\u2022 Corporate law and M&A;
\u2022 Restructuring and insolvency
\u2022 Large debt recovery<\/p>\n
