On Monday 5th May, members of the\u00a0WLN Tax Law Focus Group<\/span><\/strong> and ASEAN Legal Alliance<\/strong><\/span> met to discuss the current situation with US tariffs and how this can impact us as tax lawyers.\u00a0Marcin Gorazda<\/a> led the meeting and was joined by David Elvira Benito<\/a>, Abhishek Hans<\/a>, Jacob Shwergold<\/a>, Andr\u00e1s\u00a0Reinhardt<\/a>, Peter Van\u00a0Eysendeyk<\/a>, Thomas Paoletti <\/a>and Khor See Lin<\/span>.<\/p>\n In the next meeting, the group will be discussing the so-called \u201cdigital tax\u201d<\/span><\/strong>, which has already been introduced in Spain & India and is subject to an extensive discussion in other countries.
