Fenner Precision Polymers, a Michelin Group company and world leader in reinforced polymer technology, assisted by DLA Piper for legal aspects and by EY Advisory for financial and fiscal aspects, acquired 100% of the shares of MAV S.p.A. MAV S.p.A is a leading European supplier of friction locking devices (tension clamps), shrink discs, rigid joints and other metal products, whose shareholders were assisted by Bureau Plattner for legal aspects and by Fante Group for financial aspects. The Bureau Plattner team was led by partners Massimo Petrucci and Carlo Gurioli.
DLA Piper’s multidisciplinary team was led by partner Danilo Surdi who, assisted by attorney Sira Franzini and Silvana Bonazzi, handled all aspects related to the structuring and negotiation of the transaction.
