Tim Boer – Partner
Tim runs a broad property practice, in which he represents not only property brokers and private property owners, but also large listed companies, property funds and municipalities.
Tim provides advice on tenancy and purchase agreements. Moreover, he frequently conducts litigation on issues relating to rent review proceedings, non-conformity, property liability issues and commission disputes. He also regularly represents landlords in eviction proceedings.
Over the years, Tim has built up a loyal client base that particularly appreciates the speed at which he works and his accessibility. Together with his clients, Tim endeavours to achieve the best possible results for them every day.
Tim graduated from Utrecht University in 1999. After graduating, he worked as a lawyer at Boekel De Nerée (now Dentons Boekel) for seven years, after which he joined Labré.

Supervising the sale of The Albus Hotel in Amsterdam on behalf of the seller
Assisting the landlord in the negotiations regarding a long-term lease with Texelse Bierbrouwerij BV regarding the beer brewery, office space, retail space and a tasting room on Texel.
Supervising the sale of Amsterdam residential portfolio (purchase price EUR 35 million).
Assisting the seller with the sale of a multi-let business complex in Etten-Leur with a surface area of 5,600 m2 to a real estate fund.
Assisting Midvast with the sale of the Vereenigd Cargadoors (port) office to investor AEW.
Assisting sellers in the sale of a business property in Amsterdam South East to Equinix (American listed provider of data center services).
Tim is a member of the Dutch Association for Procedural Law (NVvP) and the Dutch Association of Real Estate Lawyers (VVJ).
Tim lectures at Colliers International’s Young Talent Programme and also regularly gives courses at clients’ offices.
Mr. Boer has registered the following principal (and secondary) legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Huurrecht (Bedrijfsruimte en Woonruimte). Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
