Dulcia Spee – Partner
Dulcia specialises in real estate law. She has broad experience in complex (cross-border) real estate transactions, including both asset deals and share deals, as well as in project development. She also advises on commercial lease law and a wide range of civil law matters relating to real estate.
With her background in corporate M&A, Dulcia combines her real estate expertise with her knowledge of corporate law. This enables her to see the full picture of a transaction and to translate legally complex issues into practical solutions.
Dulcia primarily advises real estate funds, private equity firms and real estate entrepreneurs. Clients value her commitment and clear communication. Close collaboration is central to Dulcia’s approach, allowing her to weigh both the legal and commercial interests in her advice and to work together with her clients to bring transactions and projects to the desired result.
Dulcia graduated from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2016. After graduating, she worked as a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff for ten years, starting in the corporate M&A practice before switching to the real estate practice. In 2026, she made the switch from her position as senior associate at Loyens & Loeff to partner at Labré advocaten.
Mr. Spee has registered the following legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister): Real Estate Law. Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training credits in this area of law each calendar year, in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar Association
