Prof. dr. Marcello Pollio of bureau Plattner, in his role of independent expert, assisted by the insolvency & restructuring team, has drawn up the certification appraisal regarding GED Arredamenti Srl´s agreement with the creditors plan as homologated by the Court of Treviso on March 15 , 2022 .
After a long process, which involved a detailed analysis of the values proposed by the company with respect to the assets to be liquidated in favor of creditors, the creditors approved the proposal of agreement with creditors.
The approved plan provided for the differentiated treatment of those creditors having rights over the assets of the incorporated company shortly before the application for composition was filed.
