GAC, one of China’s largest automobile manufacturing groups, has opened a new office in Italy and established GAC R&D Center Europe, a center specializing in research and development in its target industry.
The offices of the headquarters are those of the famous Italian photographer Giovanni Gastel.
GAC was assisted on legal matters by bureau Plattner , with partners Massimo Petrucci and Xinxing Ji as well as associate Matteo Figini .
GAC (Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd.) is one of China’s largest automobile groups, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with about 2.13 million cars produced in a year and 93,000 employees, in 2021 is number 176 of the Fortune 500.
