Antonina Harteva has a Master’s degree in law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is a member of the Sofia Bar Association since 2019. She joined the team of Mikinski & Partners Law Office & Partners Law Firm in 2022.

She has in-depth expertise in the areas of bond law, commercial and property law, commercial transactions and processes related to the establishment of companies, changes in the circumstances of already established ones and the preparation of all company documents . She has gained many years of experience in legal representation in civil, commercial and criminal cases. She has significant experience in enforcement and debt collection. She has extensive experience in consulting clients, preparing working strategies for each specific case, conducting negotiations when concluding deals, including notarial ones, settling legal disputes in court and out of court.She has repeatedly prepared legal opinions and analyses, including the necessary legal documentation accompanying the entire process of settling each legal case until its finalisation.

Antonina Harteva participates in complex legal services for clients, has experience in the field of notary and insurance law. She has been professionally involved in the field of law since 2015 until now.
