On Friday 1st December, the WLN Tax Law Focus Group met for a virtual meeting. Marcin Gorazda led the meeting and was joined by David Elvira Benito, Abhishek Hans, Slavi Mikinski, Doros Lycourgos, Damiano Cazzetta, and David Sassan Müller.
In today’s meeting we focused on the best jurisdiction (from a tax perspective) for the entrance to the given market (Europe, Asia, India etc.) and possible determinants which should be taken into account for such a decision.
