Sweden: Johan Nordenfalk joins Flood Herslow Holme Law Firm

Johan Nordenfalk, member of the Swedish Bar Association, has joined Flood Herslow Holme Advokatbyrå (FHH) as specialist counsel. Johan has experience as CEO and Chairman of the Board in several different companies and he has also previously been a partner at a business law firm.

“– Johan is prominent in many of the legal areas we work in and he brings further cutting-edge expertise in corporate law and banking & finance. Johan is a very welcome addition and is appreciated by both clients and colleagues. He is a skilled lawyer and has a great ability to create added value for our clients, which contributes to the long-term client relationships we have,” says Anna Stenson, partner and CEO of Flood Herslow Holme Advokatbyrå.

Johan has extensive experience in corporate law and banking & finance and advises boards, owners and family offices. In addition to previous experience from a business law firm and General Counsel, Johan also has extensive experience of board work after working for many years in the business world as CEO, COO and Chairman of the Board of several companies.

“- After many years as active in various leading positions in several companies, I have missed business law and the role of lawyer. FHH is a law firm with a good reputation where both visions, goals and values are in line with my own and I look forward to being involved and contributing to the firm achieving the set goals. I appreciate the trust and look forward to this collaboration and a further development of the firm’s positioning in my areas of expertise,” says Johan Nordenfalk.
