Ivan Nedev graduated with distinction in Law from the Faculty of Law of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2019 and in 2023 he completed a semester in Finance, Investment and Fintech at the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
Ivan’s professional experience includes an expert position at the Financial Supervision Commission and participation in one of the leading financial law practices in the Republic of Bulgaria.
His professional interests include commercial and capital markets law. Ivan Nedev has significant experience advising commercial companies including public companies, special purpose vehicles, investment firms and management companies.
