On Tuesday 10th September the WLN Litigation Focus Group met to kickstart the group’s new project on the liability of a director in bankruptcy proceedings.
Next time, the group plans to continue its roundtable sharing answers to questions including ‘in which cases can a director be held liable in the case of a bankruptcy?’.
