Elze Bosma – Lawyer
Elze works within the corporate and insolvency division, where she advises a wide range of companies in the event of an (impending) bankruptcy, restructuring or restart. She also works closely with the bankruptcy trustees of Labré in the settlement of bankruptcies, assists with legality investigations, the enforcement of securities and with matters related to directors’ liability.
Elze also advises clients on forms of cooperation, mergers and acquisitions and draws up shareholder agreements.
Elze obtained her bachelor’s degree in Leiden, after which she completed her master’s degree in Corporate Law at Tilburg University in 2021. Elze started her career at a medium-sized law firm in Amsterdam, where she worked for two years and gained a lot of experience in mergers and acquisitions. She then joined Labré to focus on both insolvency law and (broader) corporate law.
Elze has completed the specialization course in Insolvency Law for Trustees from the Center for Post-Academic Legal Education (CPO).
Elze is a member of the Dutch Association of Young Insolvency Lawyers (JIRA).
