Ive Kondwani Mulders – Lawyer
Ive Kondwani Mulders works at Labré’s property division. He specializes in legal disputes and project development, with a particular focus on commercial tenancy law. In addition to litigation, Ive distinguishes himself by his passion for drawing up (complex) rental agreements and providing practical and clear advice. Pleasant, targeted service is his priority, always with an eye for creative solutions and the interests of the client.
Ive studied both Civil Law (LLM. (hons)) and Political Science (Bsc. (hons)) at Leiden University. During his two internships in Rotterdam and Amsterdam and as a working student at the office of the senior lecturer in Tenancy Law, Ive immersed himself in Dutch contract law, with a focus on real estate. In September 2022, he started as a lawyer in the real estate department at a large international law firm where he gained experience in the transaction practice. In October 2024, Ive switched to Labré to further focus on project development and legal procedures within real estate law.
