Stefan Pentinga – Counsel
Stefan is a specialist in property law, including tenancy and construction law. He provides legal advice and conducts litigation on matters including lease and purchase agreements, defects in leased and sold real estate, disputes within or with owner associations, the liability of contractors, tenants and landlords and commission disputes.
Stefan represents a wide range of companies, from large internationally operating investors to medium-sized companies and private property investors.
He always starts with a realistic assessment of the feasibility of the client’s envisaged results, followed by clear advice and an action plan. It is essential for Stefan that he works closely with the client to achieve the best possible results, which could mean that it is in the client’s interest to settle the case. However, if litigation is necessary, Stefan represents his client’s interests with verve and an open mind.
Stefan graduated with honours from Tilburg University in 2010, specialising in Law & Management. During his studies he took part in an exchange programme with Uppsala University in Sweden. After graduating, Stefan first spent a few years working at Holla Advocaten and NeXt Advocaten, before joining Labré.
Stefan completed the Grotius Academy postgraduate course in Property Law. Stefan is a member of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Lawyers (VVJ), the Dutch Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers (VJOJ), Young Real Estate Amsterdam (JOA) and the Dutch Association for Construction Law (VBR).
