Emiel Brusse – Lawyer
Emiel works in the Corporate and Insolvency Law division. He advises clients on various matters, including commercial disputes, drafting general terms and conditions as well as shareholders’ agreements. He also supports our firm’s receivers in bankruptcy procedures, advises companies in the event of impending insolvency and is involved in reviews of conformity and lawfulness. Emiel is driven, has a pragmatic approach and provides clients with tailor-made advice.
Emiel obtained a Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Groningen in 2021.
After graduating, he taught Private Law at the same university. Emiel joined Labré at the end of 2022.
