Labré represents property developers, contractors, architects and individuals. We advise on building contracts, purchase/building contracts, integrated contracts, construction support/management, tenders and CAR (Construction All Risk) insurance.

We also have extensive experience with various procedures laid down in civil construction law, both at the regular court and the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry. We regularly litigate on matters concerning liability and (the offset) of contract extras and contract reductions. Where necessary, we work closely with the other sections within the firm as well as with external experts on construction-related issues.
