Labré represents real estate developers, contractors, architects and private individuals. We advise on contractformation; including cooperation agreements, development agreements, construction agreements, combined (turnkey) purchase/contracting agreements, integrated contracts (Design & Construct) and construction supervision.

We also have extensive experience with various procedures laid down in civil construction law, both at the regular court and the Arbitration Board for the Building Industry. We regularly litigate on matters concerning liability and (the offset) of contract extras and contract reductions. Where necessary, we work closely with the other sections within the firm as well as with external experts on construction-related issues.
