Corporate and Insolvency Law

Labré represents small, medium-sized and large (international) companies, but also scale-ups, financiers, shareholders and individual directors. We specialize in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other partnerships. We also advise on (re)financing, financing structures and the associated documentation, and we litigate regularly on issues relating to the enforcement of securities.

In addition, we have extensive experience in the field of corporate governance. Our specialists advise on matters such as governance structuring, shareholder agreements, depositary receipts and shareholder disputes.

You can also contact Labré in (international) disputes about commercial contracts and debt collection. We are accustomed to communicating in several foreign languages, including English, German and Italian. We make use of Warwick Legal Network (WLN) in cases involving foreign law. Insolvency law specialists

The lawyers of the Corporate and Insolvency Law Section are regularly appointed by the court as liquidators in bankruptcies. As a result, we are well-placed to advise on situations where operational continuity is at stake, such as with restructurings, relaunches or bankruptcy agreements. We can also help you in the event of (potential) director’s liability. We know how liquidators think and take this on board in our approach.
