Real Estate and Tenancy Law

The real estate and tenancy law specialists of Labré represent individuals and SMEs as well as municipalities, developers, real estate funds and estate agents. Services are provided to both tenants and landlords as well as buyers and sellers.

We advise and litigate on rental review proceedings for retail space, non-conformity issues (hidden flaws), eviction proceedings, liability issues and fee-related issues. Our special emphasis is placed on “urban practice”. Many rental law cases are conducted for large residential property managers and we are involved in many residential development projects in Amsterdam. Where necessary, we work closely with external experts on construction-related issues, amongst others.

In addition, we facilitate large end-users with many locations, including various hotel and restaurant chains and international retailers, in the lease, purchase, development, redevelopment and realisation of new locations.
