Austria: Zumtobel + Kronberger strengthen their Corporate team!

It is a special honor for us to announce the addition of Prof. Prof. (FH) Mag. Dr. Christian Fritz, LL.M. LL.M. MBA MLS to our team at the beginning of April. Christian Fritz perfectly embodies the values we value: responsibility, will, style – principles that he has lived by in his professional career for over three decades.

As a proven expert in corporate law and out-of-court dispute resolution, Prof. Fritz successfully managed the law firm Fritz in Innsbruck from 1986 to 2004. As a lecturer (see seminar calendar) and author with 157 articles and articles in well-known journals in Austria and Germany as well as 75 books on corporate law in Austria and Germany, he has earned an excellent name and reputation. His reputation as a textbook author and his commitment as a seminar speaker underline his expertise and didactic competence. The acquisition of the client base of the law firm Fritz by Zumtobel Kronberger Rechtsanwälte OG ensures a seamless transfer of the client base as well as an expanded service in the areas of commercial law relevant to companies.

In the Corporate Law team with Harald KronbergerJohannes Paul and Luca Trondl, Christian Fritz will continue his work in his area of expertise and make a valuable contribution to the further development of Zumtobel Kronberger Rechtsanwälte OG with his outside perspective.

The JUVE magazine reported: “The respected Salzburg law firm Zumtobel + Kronberger focuses on corporate law: Since the beginning of April, Prof. Dr. Christian Fritz has been supporting the team as an expert in corporate law.” We would like to thank JUVE for the exciting article.

We look forward to working with you!
