Iris Drent – Legal Team Assistant
Iris is part of the Real Estate and Administrative Law departments. In her role as a legal team assistant, she supports the lawyers with a wide range of cases and contributes to the team’s daily operations. She enjoys working in a structured manner and values open and clear communication.
Iris studied law at NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden. During her studies she explored various areas of law. Based on this broad legal background, she has developed a strong interest in both real estate law and administrative law.
She gained practical experience in administrative law during two internships, one at Vluchtelingenwerk Nederland (Dutch Council for Refugees) and another at the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND). These experiences strengthened her knowledge of administrative procedures and her interest in the public-law dimension of legal practice.
