Unifiedpost Group (Euronext: UPG), a leading European group in the fintech sector listed on Euronext, has acquired Digithera, a Milan-based company that manages electronic invoicing and document transmission services for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Unifiedpost Group has been assisted for all tax aspects by bureau Plattner, with a team led by partner Massimo Petrucci, assisted by professionals Andrea Rabolini and Dafne Bertoncello. The Belgian firm Moore dealt with the financial aspects of the operation.
