Labré advocaten has strengthened in the past month with two new employees: Jaap van der Steenhoven and Stephanie Beaufort. Jaap was a lawyer at Simmons & Simmons, where he worked for the past five years in the field of insolvency, financing and collateral. At Labré, Jaap will advise companies and directors in the field of restructuring, directors’ liability and (impending) insolvency. In addition, he will work in labré’s corporate law and curatorial practice.
Stephanie worked as a lawyer at Habitat advocaten and will focus on environmental law, hospitality law and the Bibob Act within the administrative law section of Labré.
