Italy: Intercable announced that it has finalised an agreement to sell 85 percent of its subsidiary Intercable Automotive Solutions to Aptiv

 

Intercable, a Bruneck (BZ) based company specializing in busbars and interconnection systems, announced that it has finalized an agreement to sell 85 percent of its subsidiary Intercable Automotive Solutions to Aptiv, a NYSE-listed company specializing in mobility technology solutions.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other custom conditions for closing, which is expected to occur by the end of 2022. Upon completion of the transaction, Intercable Automotive will operate as an independent business unit within Aptiv’s Signal & Power Solutions segment.
