
Vinida Thevasahayam – Lawyers
Vinida works within the Corporate and Insolvency Law practice group. She advises on matters such as commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, and the enforcement of security interests. In addition, she assists the firm’s bankruptcy trustees in winding up bankruptcies and advises companies facing potential insolvency.
Vinida is analytical and pragmatic; she quickly grasps complex legal issues and focuses on solutions that are both legally sound and practically feasible. With her goal-oriented approach, she goes the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Vinida obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law and her Master’s degree in Private Law (Commercial Legal Practice) from the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained experience in both the legal profession and the corporate sector. Following a previous student internship at Labré, she joined the firm as a lawyer in September 2026.
