Michelle Rijnen – Lawyer

Michelle Rijnen is part of the Employment Law department. She advises and represents national and international clients in Employment Law matters, including restructurings, individual and collective dismissal, illness and reintegration, non-competition clauses and co-determination. She acts for both employers and employees.

Michelle is an approachable and dedicated lawyer who thrives on solving complex issues. She makes legal matters easy to understand and translates them into practical and workable solutions, with attention to both the business and personal aspects of each case. She communicates clearly and works quickly.

Michelle graduated cum laude from VU Amsterdam in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Law, specialising in Private Law and Employment Law. During and following her studies, she gained experience through internships and roles at both small and large law firms, the District Court of Amsterdam and VU Amsterdam. Before joining Labré in February 2026, Michelle worked at Lexence for over two and a half years. She was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2024.
