Outtask International B.V. has acquired all shares in Astorium B.V. and Astorium Projecten B.V. Outtask and Astorium operate in the recruitment and secondment of IT, finance, and HRM professionals in the healthcare, non-profit, and government sectors. This deal aligns well with Outtask’s strategy and mission. Through this deal, Astorium will increase its capacity and enhance its service to clients.
